Terms & Conditions
All payments are final and non-refundable once payment is completed.
Bookings are confirmed immediately upon successful payment.
Bookings may be rescheduled or postponed provided that the request is made at least twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled class time.
For bookings made within less than twelve (12) hours of the scheduled class time, including same-day or last-minute bookings, rescheduling or postponement shall not be permitted, and the class fee shall be charged in full.
In the event of a no-show, the class shall be deemed completed, and the client shall not be entitled to any refund, credit, or rescheduling.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct class type before booking.
For any inquiries, customers are advised to contact customer support prior to payment.
The customer confirms that they are in good health and physically able to participate and accepts full responsibility for any injury that may occur during or after the class.
The studio and instructors are not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions or from undisclosed medical conditions or prior injuries.
Any medical condition, injury, or pregnancy must be disclosed to the instructor or support team before the class.
By completing the payment, the customer confirms full acceptance of all the above terms and conditions.
